Policies

Deposit Policy: All reservations require 50% down. EXCEPTION - if your arrival date is within 3 days then 100% down is required.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 7 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit minus a $10 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date you will forfeit 100% of your deposit. A no show for your reservation will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit with no option to reschedule.

Visitor Policy: Sites are rated for 6 people, additional guests are welcome at a cost of $5 per day per person or $7 per night per person (children 3 and under are free of charge).

Off Peak: Before May 15 & After September 15 | Peak: May 15 - September 15

Check In: 3pm | Check Out: 2pm (check out for cabin rentals is at 12pm)

Golf Cart Rentals: $65 + tax per night | rent 5 days get 2 days free - $344.50 (MUST be 18 with a valid drivers license to rent)

Personal Golf Cart: $7 per night | Golf Cart Declaration Insurance page is required

Kayak Rentals: $12 per kayak for 2 hour rental | 1 person per kayak | MUST be 18 to rent
